I'm Baaaack!

...and I’ve graduated.

*throws papers in the air dramatically* Schools out and I’m officially done with high school! Wow, I can’t believe I just wrote that sentence. I graduated in a small ceremony on Saturday surrounded by friends and family. One perk of being home schooled is that I was top of my class and ValedictoriančśŁ. My mom did a great job putting it all together and I’m honestly so blessed to be her daughter.
On Sunday we had my graduation party. One word to describe it is: PINK. Yes, I’m obsessed, guilty as charged, but I can’t help going overboard. My mother and I spent months on Pinterest putting together the perfect celebration and fortunately everything worked out in our favor.

This year was tough, and had it’s ups and downs, but I can say that I was able to keep my head above the water. As difficult as it was, these past four years have really taught me so much about myself and what I am capable of; and I am sad that they are over, even as I look forward to what’s to come.

On a funny side-note - do you all remember the beginning of High School Musical 2 where everybody couldn’t wait for the bell to ring, and when it rang they did that elaborate dance sequence about it being summer time? Yeah, that was me, in my head, because I cannot sing.

Now that I’m back to blogging, things are going to pick up. If you haven’t noticed or been on the blog for a while, I updated the design (for like the millionth time) and gave some posts much-needed face lifts. During my time away I began a list of post ideas that I will for sure be using soon.

My laptop gave up the ghost the night after school ended, which was convenient, but also tragic. We had been partners-in-crime my entire four years of high school and although I’m sad it didn’t last longer, it had a good run. I mean if I was a laptop I wouldn’t have lasted as long as it did with all my manhandlingčśé. Just at the beginning of the school year I spilled nail polish all over the touch pad and the left and right click wouldn’t work for months.

With that said, I am typing this up on my phone. Of course not my first choice but sacrifices must be made for the greater good of the tribe. Wakanda forever! Yup, still obsessed with that too.
While I work out my laptop situation and create more content, why don’t you go ahead and follow my brand new social media accounts. Shameless plug for the win:

Okay, I admit the last three aren’t new, but I was already typing and thought what’s it going to hurt?

What have you been up to lately? Any other Class of 2018 here? Leave a comment, let’s get to talking!
